Our Business Principles:

We prohibit the offer, gift, or acceptance of a bribe in any form, including, but not limited to, kickbacks on any portion of a contract payment or improper benefits made available to clients, sub-contractors, the supply chain or employees of any party. We oppose all forms of corruption, large as well as small, whether in the public or private sector, originating from the UK or abroad.

In order to manage these principles, the following ‘6 Point Plan’ has been adopted;

  1. A commitment from the company directors to ensure the above principles are maintained and to ensure appropriate measures are in place to both detect and prevent bribery and corruption.
  2. A yearly assessment of the risk to bribery and corruption throughout the business and the review/modification of effective and transparent controls to reduce any identifiable exposure.
  3. Establishment of a clear and visible corporate policy which is communicated to all employees.
  4. Periodic reviews to oversee the implementation of this policy and to monitor compliance.
  5. Periodic audits of the policy to ensure effective implementation and awareness is maintained.
  6. This policy has been formally adopted to establish a working environment in which bribery and corruption are never acceptable. Failure to comply with these principles may result in disciplinary action or sanctions/legal proceedings against external parties.
